Welcome to JESSIE School

"Jessie Education Institution was started in the year 1987 in memory of Jessie, the eldest daughter of the correspondent Mr.M.P.R.Jesuadian, in the present location in a small thatched shed with only 4 students and 3 teachers.

It stands as a monument to the little prodigy. Today it has grown into a full fledged Matriculation Higher Secondary School, having classes from L.K.G to XII Standard.

Having implemented Matriculation Syllabus from L.K.G. the school is able to impart knowledge in all subjects with proper foundation is given an all round development to each child.

The school has the strength of 700 pupils. Efficient teaching has been done by a team of 25 well qualified and dedicated teachers".

1Computer Course & Internet Facility
Introduction of computer course has marked a remarkable milestone in the annuals of the school history. Jessie matriculation school provides computer aided education to all the students in affiliation with “SRM”.
2Extra-Curricular Activities
Two audio cassettes has been released namely. “Thalai Kaetta Kalai” and “Dheeran Chinnamalai”.
Dance and Music classes are being conducted after the school hours.
Scouts, Music, Sports and Games Yoga, Social Service, Pasumai Padai and Memory Techniques are conducted
3Digital Education
Jessie matriculation is proud to launch Digital Class Rooms Teaching from this Academic year onwards. As every subject is taught once in a weak with visual effects, The digital Education will enrich the learning ability of the students from L.K.G to XII standards which will be covered under this novel scheme.
4Separate Hostel Accommodation
We provide well furnished separate hostel for boys and girls. Good food, medication and meditation are given with kind attention as in homely atmosphere.
5Library
The school has a well established library with more than Four thousand books covering all subjects for study and reference. The school does its best to cultivate the habit of reading to gain more knowledge by allotting special classes to provide and use it productively.
